After placing the new Mylarai strip mine on my planet that had 2 artifact production, the production dropped to zero. Perfectly normal and supposed to happen.

The little note is that the tooltip says "No artifact structures built" on this planet. Their are structures, they are just negated. Might just want to change the tooltip to "No artifact production" or something.

or better yet drop them on planets that just have reseach and mining no artifact . in other words lrave this off your terra planets

I built it on a nice toxic planet I have. The artifact production is Average, but the mining is much nicer. The artifact production I had built was from the processing core and the warp gate on the planet.

I have three nice volcanic worlds that are home to Mylari strip miners now.

I've got one on a Very Large 16x Mega Rich Toxic. With the +12 mining structures, it's producing 490 mining an hour.
