Hello, so am trying to use a gift card, i have successfully added the credits to my account, I come to galaxy Legion redeem, and theres only an option to use credit/debit card,phone, or paypal. How come i'm unable to use my facebook credits as use of payment? Thanks |

Usually that happens when you're trying to buy more GP than you have FB credits. Like if you are trying to buy the 550GP for $50 and you only have $20 in FB Credits, it will ask for your alternate payment method. |

could also just click the credit card direction also make sure your currency match's the price of what the gp will cost in your currency i use facebook gift cards when im to lazy to use my credit card |

Still having issues.. Got $10 that my grandmother gave me via facebook gift card instead of an itchy sweater, and still unable to use it. Shpuldnet be a problem with the other, currently my GP stands at 20GP. |

I think the issue is that snizzle was trying to redeem the card on the gl facebook page rather than going to the facebook page where you redeem your gift card for funds added to your account and then are able to go to the relevant game and buy gp using the account funds. I've had no trouble paying using gift cards before |

It worked the first time I tried it on my computer. Thus, try it on your computer to see if it workes. |
