The glitch has occurred on the last two planets I've invaded. I successfully invaded both planets but as soon as I clicked anything afterwords, it refreshed and claimed I did not own the planet anymore. The original owner now owned the planet once again. The original owners in both cases did not re-invade. The other odd thing is my bane did not rank on the first planet that glitched; however, I did trigger an effect. The second planet did rank my bane. I'm not sure if it took the invasion cost or not. I wasn't paying attention to how many credits I had.
Has anyone else has this problem? I contacted Dan with the report Facebook function and he resolved the issue of the first planet today. Unfortunately I had to report it again a few minutes ago since it happened a second time in a row. I've never experienced this in my 3.5+ years of playing GL.
Glitch has been around last 2 years or so i think, have experienced it several times myself, quick fix by contacting Dan who hands over the planet after he checks the records.
It is however something that does need fixing.

Ah. Weird I've had it happen twice in a row. It's a shame too because even though the 2nd planet is a good mining rock, I really wanted it for the good artis it had to strip lol.
Maybe it caused by having multiple pages open on the game, like a data race, the 2nd page data overtakes the first page and the planet reverts back to original owner
Happened to me just now. Invasion succesfull, green awarded. Planet, which had been alerted, added to my database but original owner still in controll sent a message to dan hopefully is resolved quickly
