hi guys not sure im in the right area but either way i still need help on this

any help would be great. I completed the riax chain and i think maxed the Raix-Radiated Plating Hull +960
(500% Upgrade)

I also think i have maxed the Raix Megaweapon Attack +270 Invasion Attack +750

My ally is at rank 59 so what where and do i use the Raix Modular Enhancements "Transforms 1 fully-upgraded module on your ship
(at random) that supports Raix Transformation."

how many do i need, should i max the ally first, what does the enhancements do ....
