Equipment keeps removing itself.

I have four plasma relays installed. I haven't uninstalled them myself for a few days, but everytime I come back, a different number of relays have been uninstalled. This time, 3 were uninstalled, last time, 2. It's really annoying because I'm not getting as high a recharge as I should be.

Do you have enough for the upkeep? They will get removed if they get damaged enough.
