 Alarri towers.

Post Alarri towers.
How do you upgrade the alarri towers. Our Hackers, spys and Physicist cant do it.

Go to the Actions tab on a planet that has the tower installed. There should be a purple button that says Phase 2 Upgrade. Click that.
