Post mission given out ?
Are the legion missions meant to randomly give tasks to members ?
Someone who hasn't been online in about 2 hours has 1/20 on a missions they have just been assigned to.

Also how many can join each mission task ?

I don't know the answer about how many can join each task.

Tasks are not randomly assigned. You have to join a task if you want to participate.
