Every time I attack a planet, even if it is a single hit without invading, I wouldn't be able to put on a Halcyon trap for the next 24 hours.

So why in this screenshot is this happening?

Not accussing the guy of anything, just want to know if I'm missing something here or if the Halcyon trap rules has changed.

Because I can't understand why I can't but on a Halcyon after simply attacking a planet without attempting to invade a planet but someone else can.

You're sure you haven't done anything else that is considered an offensive action that could prevent you from wearing a halc? Attacking a planet will cause you to lose your halc if you have one on, but you should be able to reset it as long as you only attacked the planet

Personally, I have never lost a halc or even had to reset a halc for attacking a planet or another player as long as I do not use any artis other then spy probes, or actually tried to invade or actually disabled, raided, hacked another player

At the risk of repeating what everyone else has said, they are correct. You can keep your halcyon trap active if you do not attempt to invade or use an arti on the planet. It's the same as how you can trip every trap an enemy ship has but unless you actually disable them or use an arti on them you can keep your own halc active.

I've experienced the same thing, as long as you don't invade, hack or disable, your Halc stays on and active if you just attack a planet or ship. I don't think it's 'correct' so to speak but it is how the game works currently.
