Dan I just scanned a planet with 1000 more cloak than I had scan. Pretty sure the guy did not recently change legions but i'll ask after he fluxes it. -Kitty |

I still think its broken, someone in my legion told me he just scanned a planet with well over 10k + cloak and when I asked him how much scan he had and whether the guy was active or not he told me he had a little over 7k scan and the guy was active. |

This makes me nervous for my planets :/ I've got a couple I've worked very hard to cloak well and if they got found I would be more than a little bit upset. |

Might be a logic error, if your scan>base scan, it stays. I never personally had this problem before. |
