Was having a fight with this guy here, and he decided to retaliate after I disabled him (it was a nice chat with, though, so he politely praised me for disabling me and give me the honor to be his 1000th kill
)he used a disarm and emp to soften me up, and after I checked my feed, it shows as 2 artis used at me at the same time. At first I thought there is no restriction in disarms and emps, but after I tried to use it on the same target, it does not, apparently
So, is this a bug/glitch? Or just a browser/server lag/delay?
EDIT : my apologies, it does NOT work on NPCs, but works multiple times on enemy players
