Was having a fight with this guy here, and he decided to retaliate after I disabled him (it was a nice chat with, though, so he politely praised me for disabling me and give me the honor to be his 1000th kill )

he used a disarm and emp to soften me up, and after I checked my feed, it shows as 2 artis used at me at the same time. At first I thought there is no restriction in disarms and emps, but after I tried to use it on the same target, it does not, apparently

So, is this a bug/glitch? Or just a browser/server lag/delay?

EDIT : my apologies, it does NOT work on NPCs, but works multiple times on enemy players

They are not at the same time, they were just set to show how many total instead of listing each individually to minimize the spam on your wall.
