Post Legion announcements
whenever I open up the game or refresh the page lots of old legion announcements pop up, am I the only one having this issue ?

I've seen it happen from time to time. I don't think it's a glitch but more an overlooked game mechanic. Notifications automatically appear when you log into the game like disables, planet alerts, etc. I think announcements follow the same mechanic.
