Erroneous Calculation of "Devastated and Landscape"

  I was building some planetary shields and noticed that the cost of planetary shields is 4x the amount normally. I had recently invaded the planet and the devastated landscape planet event occured. Don't have to reimburse my lost credits - thanks |

You shouldn't have lost any credits. It's just a visual bug and actually only draws the correct 2x minerals/credits.

ah right - thanks guys. I thought it did take up extra credits, i ran out for some reason, had 10 billion Cr a minute ago and poof, all gone~
