can both go each others account and work together by giving each other stuff?

and if person A had enough of GL can he then just use it to give Person B stuff? like minerals, artis, planets etc?

I figure that would in of itself break facebooks terms of service, let alone galaxy legions.

As Kirk said, accessing someone else's account, or allowing someone else to access yours, is against the FB ToS.

Also at the point where player A accesses player B's account and ship, that falls into the multi account area. Especially if the intent is to supply materials to the other ship.

Two individuals playing the game on their OWN accounts and supplying each other (or even 1 feeding the other) is NOT a violation of any ToS.

But what if the person has split personality disorder..

nah they they are 2 different ppl who dont access each other account and use both accounts to feed 1 account would that be breaking the TOS?

If there is a seperate 3rd person controlling the account being fed, then no.

If either of the 2 different people, control the account being fed, or they both do, then yes.

man that sucks i was thinking about getting full everything then give it to another player then just do it again and again but i cant now since i dont need the stuff cuz i dont use anything

@ Kirk... I think what he's saying is 2 separate people, A & B. Player A just feeds his stuff over to Player B. Much like the retirees/resets do. If that's the case, there's no problems as long as it is two people on their own accounts only.
