Left and Right arrow keys don't work in the comm textboxes. Expected behavior is moving the cursor left or right. Actual behavior is no change is cursor location.

Same thing happens with me. I'm also a Chrome user. It's always been this way in the chat. I was expecting the new chat system to have fixed it, but it hasn't.
