If i repair someone else's ship and then try to use the repair bay, it gives me the message that i've repaired my ship recently (when I haven't).
Another thing that could use some fixing

its not really a bug, your just using YOUR repair timer for someone else. possibly someone fighting a big fight and your support is repairing them. its an inaccuracy of wording at worst. it should say, you've repaired someone recently. |

Well, apart from not knowing the answer to the issue I would like to point out that the repair bay is crap and you should replace it with something. |
