 So some guy in my guild shared a Lazuli Refinery Centre...
He nabbed 26% off of it, and a few hours have gone by and nobody touched it. I saw it, so I unleashed Drannik and other artifacts on it. I took it down to 62 HP (74% damage done, while my legion mate had 26%). So I didn't disabled the Lazuli because it rewards the top 3 players, and since there were only 2 of us, I thought I'd let someone else just tag it so they can get a reward off of it. So hours later this legion mate comes by, shoots once, disables the factory. And here's the result: Rxxxx has disabled Lazuli Refinery Center! | Tell Your Friends ThunderSoul gained: Eruption Channeler (artifact) 150xp Cxxxx gained: Eruption Channeler (artifact) 150xp Rxxxx gained: Eruption Channeler (artifact) 165xp Why did he gain the most XP? He literally just scratched the boss doing a whooping 62 damage out of 15,000. I wanted more XP...  |

he did the kill shot mebbe he got some extra bonus points

No the kill shot doesn't give you more exp. He most of had a neural interface on when it died. Giving him the 10% bonus.

Yep, the extra bonus is down to Neural Interfaces. I noticed this several times before, so I checked and indeed the Neural Interface ups the xp rewards from Boss kills too.
