Cannot bump players of my BT

as the title says, got this problem since 2-3 hours.
anyone else having this problem?

Works fine for me. Were you in a legion during that time period? If you are not in a legion, for some reason only Dan could explain, you are unable to bump people from the BT.

Yeah, it raised my eyebrow too when Mento mentioned it during one of his business trips. A few other people have confirmed it since then.
