 Development bonus for planets issue.

Sorry to the members if this issue has already been addressed but I haven't been on the forum in a while...My planet development bonus for new colonies only updates when I actually go to the planet and look over its stats. I first noticed it when I had just colonized a planet and it was still at the same production for 3 days, until I went to check it out and it updated when I did so. Has anyone else had that problem? I talked to some of my legion members and they noticed the same problem.

Ya it is a known problem. I don't know whats going on with it on the lines of getting it fixed but it is annoying. At a smaller rank its not so bad but try being my rank with 114 worlds and checking. lol I'm not always smart enough to remember to look at the name of the last world I colonized. lol I hope that Dan takes the time to look at that soon.

Again, sorry for posting it if it has already been brought up. I definitely hope Dan addresses this cuz now I'm wondering how many research, artifact and mining pts I've lost.

I have planets i have had for over a week and they are 0% developed. what am I supposed to do?

click on your planet each day.
Also be sure to have the right mix of mining resources along with defense/cloak/attack.

I'd disagree with that statement, Brian. If you have enough cloak, you won't need attack or defence because people won't find your planet to attack it in the first place. Attack and defence only slows down attackers anyways. Population is the next best thing, and that can be boosted/recovered with artifacts.

I like what I think it was PA did when I was attacking one of their worlds. They had it with a lot of pop and a lot of ships gaurding. Then as I took the pop down the switched out pop buildings with defensive buildings. It was a great idea.

Well when your not in the middle of a WAR I suppose that is true. I know for my best planet I cloak it to just over 1000 (2000) and then guard it.

With other planets though attack/defense/cloak is a good mix because I'm regularly checking through out the day. During this war I have found players 100+ ranks below me attacking one of my planets that is when A/D can matter.

I do agree with you that a player of similar rank will just be slowed down by your A/D and population.

Twice I've caught players warping me away and I come back within a minute.
