I just got repaired by a legion member who has already unlocked the improved repair ability. When he repaired me, my hull was repaired, and I got the 10% bonus. Except my hull was only repaired up to my pre-bonus amount. The bonus hull didn't get repaired. What is the point of the bonus if your hull isn't repaired to full?

The bonus should be applied first, and only then should you get repaired. Otherwise this is a wasted bonus.

This has been brought up MANY times. Yes, it was designed to be like this. It isn't wasted, you keep the bonus for the specified amount of time if you use a Repair Nanodrone, or repair yourself. Think of it as an artifact effect, like a Nanite Swarm Capsule. It' gives you the %, but you still have to repair, to make the effect beneficial.

Actually, I did do a search. Nothing turned up. I've been using forums for a long time and i'm even a founder admin of a forum that has been running for 7 years. I know how to use the search thank you very much.

Personally I think it should also repair to the 10% mainly because that 2 hour effect would be useless otherwise.

well its still good for 2 hours and you could repair to max when your hull gets low.
