please help. i accidentally bought change race and profession instead of clicking on artifacts! i am happy with my race and profession so i kept it the same. i do not have many points and i dont spend money on games really. i am pissed that it can be so easy! i demand a refund!

Send an ingame report. Dan deals with accidental race changes all the time.

Select the same race and profession as u were before, then send an ingame request for refund, Dan is very nice with those kind of things.

However, I would advice you to take a less agreesive tone, you have no rights to demand a refund.

As has been said, use the "Report/contact this app" link below the bottom left corner of the game. Select the first option and explain what happened and that you kept the same race/profession.

I've done the same by mistake, and Dan (the developer) is generally very good about solving such issues in a timely manner.

yeah... you dont really have a right to demand anything. you can ask, respectfully, for help rectifying YOUR mistake.

Sorry about my tone. ever heard of bigpoint? Had a very bad experience with them... Kinda forgot that not every company is greedy. also. i tried the contact/report this app, but i didnt find the right option. Once again, sorry.

and I appear to have lost my contact/report button temporarily...
but either way, just about any report sends an email through to Dan and he's usually pretty quick to get onto them. Just make sure to ask, not demand. I'm pretty sure its not actually written anywhere he has to give refunds for mistakes.

bigpoint is one of those casher-auto-win company, there is rly nothing that you can expect from such game companies.

depend on browser and fb setup(which changes from time to time), the button is on the right lower corner or below the game window, it is OUTSIDE the game window itself and is just text. you can find the button by using the search option on ur browser to look for the text "contact"
