Cloak vs Scan seems broken ?!

Post subject:  Cloak vs Scan seems broken ?!
This Person's Ship has only 80 Cloak, I use 3 Voliir Modulator mark II, so thats a total of 246 scanning power.

AGAINST only 80 cloak, I cant see this person's defense. Whats the use of stacking scanning if you cant see anything from Cloak ?

I open my target tab, and I see soo many ppl still hidden, i cannot see what their items are, bc my scanning is too low.

Is the Modulator broken ? Is scanning broken ? or Is this just how the game is, scanning ratio is just too low against cloak ?

The ratio of YourScan vs TheirCloak is too small. We don't know exactly what the levels are, but at certain ratios, you might see none of their modules, some of their modules (to varying degrees) or all of their modules.

Thats pretty annoying its not a 1:1 ratio., or at least close to that.

In conclusion, scanning is pretty much crap or useless, In detecting Cloak "Player" Ships module.
Either that, or the design is done poorly . So I'am expecting in the higher rating/level, Ill be shooting ships blindly...

Haha, thats pretty sad. Now I really dont want to lvl up.

lol, i have definitely shot up ships 'blind'. if they have THAT much cloak, they won't likely have that much for hull and weapons ;)
