some of my friends have been banned and they are wanting to know what can they do about it. i believe and so do they that they have been falsely banned because they do not have multis but do share devices for logon is there anything that can be done to reactivate there account or anything. |

what do you mean by sharing devices? As in they use the same computer or IP address? |

yes they use the same computer to log in or they use a phone to play |

ah, that can be frequently mistaken for it. If they have similar names that can also add to suspicion. If they do get unbanned tell them that (only if their names are similar) they should try and get their names changed if possible. |

Yes, I know of at least 4 cases in which he did. |
