Deck Space problem (does not add up properly)

I have 425 taken up, but it should be at 422.
What can I do to get my 3 deck space back?

Did you recently complete a mission that automatically awarded a ship module of some kind?

no...
just the genetarr capture one and i got genetarr transmitters...
all multiples of 5... except T.O. Harmonic Pulser (size 2)... so that makes for size 422...

I've counted up the full manifest of installed modules on your ship and the space adds up correctly to 425. I will send you the manifest in a PM.
