So recently I submitted two bug reports. My question is this. Is there some kind of conformation that the report was received. Also when the bug causes a serious issue whats the average timetable till you actually see some support.

Now Im not trying to get bumped up in the order but Im just really anxious that for whatever reason my report didn't submit right and well one of the possible bugs lead to me loosing a planet so that fact is making me anxious....

well if you did report/contact this app, you should be fine, dan usually answers his emails rather quickly and is generally very understanding about player mistakes. as for a planet being lost, i'm not sure what he can do about it.
