So far I've blown through 3 full energy tanks and working on the 4th now, and I have not seen a single Lazuli Harrower. Should they be labeled as Extremely Rare instead? (but I've found at least 7 ER's) This is kind of making it impossible to get the Our Former Oppressors |

What rank are you at? I know in the 2-300s you see Ion Battleships, which are Lazuli commons. |

470. I've seen Harrowers before, but yesterday the only Lazuli ships I saw were my own and fab plants. |

I'm pretty sure if you take the kill shot on a shared NPC, it counts toward that medal. As a side note, I've killed about 15 Harrowers over the last day or so. They're out there. Though I will admit they seem to be one of the less common uncommons. Not like Tyrants, Trappers and Traffickers... The 3 T's. |

Yeah, they're less common; it helps when you're a higher level because you see fewer NPCs then. i got medal out of shared plant... maybe lag but i got, cuz i was looking for harrover my self... didnt find... but that plant counted, i was last hitter tho... maybe killing shot contributes... |

The Medal is only supposed to count Harrowers, so if anything else counts, including Fab Plants, it is a bug. |
