I noticed that too on my ship when I get debuffed from things like the Warp station, I think when you are (de)buffed the bonus (overall defense not the 5%) you get from the velox shifts as well. Once the (de)buff clears it will go back to normal. |

The time matches the time of the buff and calculated it doesn't affect the bonus the Velox gives. It's just a bug that makes the velox's take on the "timer" of the other (de)buffs ... nothing changes for the velox though, you can calculate it and it's the same. |
