It's because it's Invincible, those planets are designed so they can't be transferred no matter what.

I was like wtf Oo Considering the fact that it is not even occupied, and therefore can't be reclaimed by the owner, you MIGHT have a chance to get Dan to allow it to be colonized by using the "Report/Contact this App" button just below the bottom left corner of the game. I mean, I don't know if there's a precedent for this, but Dan is usually reasonable, and considering the fact that it's uncolonized, there's a shot that he could make it colonizable.

WHAT!?!?!?! A level 32 finding a dyson planet with 10000 cloak?!?!?!?! It's bad enough that planets with flux storms active are being discovered but this?!?!?!?!?! Does cloak even work anymore!?!?!?!?!?!

Does cloak even work anymore!?!?!?!?!?! I know cloak ends up being disregarded on planets with owners who have been inactive for a time period, which I want to say is a few months. I suppose it's possible that because this planet is uncolonized the cloak is disregarded. I know this leaves a hole for aphotic planets, but by the time anyone unlocks those, do they have less than 1k scan when doing sprees? Yet again, uncolonized aphotics could also have their cloaking disregarded until they are colonized (but we probably wouldn't be able to tell, because by the time the mission is completed, nearly everyone will have over 1k scanning while doing sprees).

Myrren wrote: So I take it I'm extremely lucky? Oo That is an understatement. Dyson planets can be one of three ways: 1) Paid for, at the cost of ~$86. (More or less by several dollars depending on how many GPs you buy at a time). 2) At the least, months of NPC slaying as a high rank. 3) Naturally occurring, which are EXTREMELY rare. Either way, they aren't exactly common. At low ranks, even 3x Mega Rich planets are pretty rare. At higher ranks, they can just make their planets up to 15x. Edit: Edited because it really is more of 3 ways. Also, thank you. I'm sure that will help me when we're higher ranks .

Edited my previous post. Also, I wish you the best of luck with the Dyson. If I see you on my battletab, I will not hack, disable, or raid you. I am sure one day that remembrance will quite helpful .

I don't see how you can really stop ppl from buying extra dysons if dan make exceptions in case of uncolonized ones... Operation as follows:
Player A finds unoccupied metal planet P Player A hires someone(or just ask a friend) to join GL, let's call this player B Player B joins the legion player A is in, proceed to power lvl to lvl 25(which, by all means, isn't hard) Player B pays for 1 hyperterra and 1 dyson transformer(ofc, A would then give B cash to the required amount) Player A shares P in legion, which B occupy proceed to use dyson transformer on. Player A shares any random unoccupied planet that he have, which B proceed to occupy and hyperterra (optional, irrelevant but...) Player B proceed to delete account and/or reset account.
Note that because planet was shared from A to B, A will still have it on scanned planet regardless of whatever happen to B. Therefore, at the end of the above LEGAL actions, there will be 1 unoccupied mission dyson on A's scanned list.
Any if unoccupied mission dyson was ever made exception once to be allowed to be colonized... I don't see how you can justify disallowing others....
Therefore, I would vote no for any kind of special action taken in this specific case. They should be pretty much treated the same as a tiny extremely sparse planet--useless and purged on sight.

+1 the only person to be able to take a invincible planet should be the person that made it so if found on scan should be purged as there's no way to ever take it.
