Last few days while on BT PVP and I attack but then go to actions, use artifacts I can install artifact but get stuck with the blue squares of death screen. Cant do anything except restart game and my victim is long gone. Very frustrating as Im just fixing shields and way into their hull most of the time. Any suggestions? Other that never use arts while PVP?

it sounds like you're experiencing heavy lag during those shield repairs
try using a second browser window for artifacts, so if it gets stuck there with the blue refresh bar, you won't lose your target if you have to reload the page

also... try using firefox or chrome... just in case

That alone seems to solve quite a number of small issues.

cache clearing helps a lot of lags cos it clears the clutter from several competing sessions buit no one should ever advize indescriminent clear of cahc ealwas when advizing a cache clear try to explain what they will clear and let them know they can pick a time frame ---depending on how active on gl they are 24 hours is normally more than enough


sorry but its a pet hate of mine that often people advize clears without explanation of what the person could lose and how to limit loss

ie neverr advize a mobile dongle user to clear temp files as it means all the sites they visit regularly have to reload every item next timethey visit costing more money and slowing thier internet usage down drastically

also some people need for work and such things stored in cache or history so please try explain what you are telling them to do with that
