... you can still greatly improve that dyson.... change to taltherian, boost to 15x, then apply 5 enumeration crystals to make it 20x...
at 20x Mega Rich... the +20% bonus makes it a little better than a 26x Mega Rich

true.. then it'd be 35x Mega Rich arti... which with the +20% bonus would be a lil better than a 44x Mega Rich

one of the lower ranks in my legion has a 21x min 22x art UR res. I would say detregets' is pretty good.

Does the yellow line indicate that the artifact production was higher BEFORE the 20% "increase"?
If so, it does belong in this part of the forum. If not what is the actual issue?

The "issue" is, he burned a 64GP item on a reeeally good planet with 2/3 super good resources and he ended up with a permabuff on the worst resource.

perhaps an artifact that costs 48-72 GP that removes a perma buff from anaylsis and replace it with another* one can ease the resentment here. Although a limit of one use per planet would be reasonable cause.... otherwise the rich will just spam the heck out of this.

*another: meaning it won't be the same as the one removed.

Frankly, advacned civ ruins on dyson is very normal and logical... so unless the system make it so only the highest production can get buffed(in which case on planets of equal-all-producton still might be problematic) this is dah way it's gonna be.

the new buffs are only set per PLANET TYPE, not by the resources available on each planet... IE the wierd off stat planets like a volcanic with a sparce mining and a mega research will not be getting a research type buff, most likely it will be a mining buff or a nuetral resource buff...

if his planet got a reduction to his artifacts then yes it is a mistake and needs to be reported using the bottom report button, and they will fix it... posting here in issues is no longer a way to fix the planet issues

no i only put the yellow line to draw attention to the pertinent details.... the details being i got a bonus to artifacts and it's the weakest resource

ok , As I posted right above your post, AGAIN I'LL SAY IT... IT DOES NOT GIVE A BUFF TO THE MOST PROMENANT RESOURCE... IT GIVES THEM ACCORDING TO THE TYPE PLANET... DEAL WITH IT.
