i tried using artifacts on a player to get a quick badge but they wouldnt work.....my other artifacts worked fine....but what up with enemy artifacts?

What was the artifact ? What message appeared or what was the problem exactly ?

i tried 3 artifacts such as disarming bomb,emp sphere,and krinoite torpedo...when i clicked "fire" the button just blinked,started to load,then the load bar would dissapear and the artifact wasnt used....

that's an issue connecting to the server (timed out before it could tell the server what to do), seen it a few times
it's similar to the bar that just sits there and doesn't go away
