 research AI for level 3 base

Post research AI for level 3 base
When I try to donate exotic materials or anything - I get this error message

You must research AI Logistics to perform upgrades on a level 3 base

However I'm currently up to Galactic Commerce?

Well, you have to research AI Logistics, it's not error.

Edit - Advancements in automated Logistics, aided by artificially intelligent central command systems

Aye.. what he said...

AI Logistics is after Galactic Commerce, and is NOT the same as Advanced Logistics (which is before Galactic Commerce)

Advanced Logistics 1
Advanced Logistics 2
Advanced Logistics 3
Galactic Commerce 1
Spacial Docking 1
Spacial Docking 2
AI Logistics 1
