Mission not realising its cycle was completed

I was doing the Cracking the protovault mission which is a 1 cycle mission.
I completed 35/35 but it didn't reward me or complete the mission, instead its started a 2nd cycle!!!
I don't want to repeat it as it cost 120E x 35 times
I have sent a message to the developers but am wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

It sounds like it didn't start a second round but you failed and had to start over.
Doesn't it say something like:
Risks: Potential for security lockdown (mission failure)
