I joined the game and got to level 10 as per a sponser offer with Battlefield heroes to get battlefunds. I have not received the battlefunds promised. |

Battlefunds? That's their issue, not GL's. Take it up with them and/or FB. |

Contact their support. A lot of people joined GL through some rewards sites, if there's an issue you miight also contact the sponsor's customer service. |

I joined GL through a Facebook ad while I was playing a dying game... the game died last January. R.I.P. game I can't remember the name of. I was hooked to that just as I was hooked to GL. Off topic  Yeah, you might wanna take that issue up with the other game, since they are the ones holding out. |

I joined GL through an advert. But it was one of only a very few adverts i've ever seen on FB. Other games that I play (Backyard Monsters for instance) advertise like mad. GL should advertise more too. We need more fresh meat.

I started playing this game because I would get credits called "shiny" for Backyard Monsters. The advertisement said I would get a lot of shiny if I played GL and earned 10 Galaxy Points. As you all know, you can not earn Galaxy Points; you have to buy them. So, I was pretty annoyed that I spent time playing this without getting my reward for BM. Now, I'm on this game 10+ times a day and rarely check my Backyard Monsters app.

Lol, mine said I had to somehow "get" 11 GP. xD EDIT: And again, I didn't get the reward I was promised, but I don't care.

Good point- I do recall getting the initial 10 points. Now that I think back to it, Backyard Monsters required that I got 15 GPs, and I couldn't find a way to get that extra 5 points. Perhaps there was a miscommunication between developers, or whoever handles that. |
