You have 1 base scanning.

might be the AI Supercomputer.... think that was reported once several months ago... guess nothing was ever done about it

That was my first thought too.. I had someone check that one for me, and it gives +5 like it should. That being said, it's probably one of the other two, or perhaps a combination.

The issue appears to have been with the Tachyon Router. This should now be fixed.
