Bug in minimum scan?

 OK, usually when I think I've found a bug it turns out to be not a bug, but I've noticed that the following non-uninstallable ship modules do not seem to be adding up to their proper +scan bonus. These are all tier rewards:
AI Supercomputer (+5 scan) Tachyon Router (+25 scan) Flux Ringdisc (+30 scan) With all my +scan items uninstalled, I have 56 scan. No debuffs. No other modules that are affecting scan. I'm not an Explorer. might be the AI Supercomputer.... think that was reported once several months ago... guess nothing was ever done about it

That was my first thought too.. I had someone check that one for me, and it gives +5 like it should. That being said, it's probably one of the other two, or perhaps a combination.

The issue appears to have been with the Tachyon Router. This should now be fixed.
