Im not usually one to complain and i dont know if it is just me or a much larger issue but there are several

number 1 on the npc part of the battle tab the frequency at wich my npc tab fills up with the same npc is alarmingly high running at almost 53 percent by my math every time i kill an npcthe replacments are all the same in just the past week my battle tab has stacked itself with 4 stryll assasins on 3 occasions 4 drannik archivists on2 occasions 4 rougue tech collectors and 4 rougue data analysers 5 times

issue number 2 is the infrequency of raid quality and limited time special encounters first part elite boss raids appear on my npc tab at a rate that is roughly 1/26th of one percent by my math
and since this seasons hallows bane npc season i have yet to have one single bane npc appear on my battle tab and ive used almost a dozen tri matrix emblems multiple energy cubes and multiple lvl ups i havent completed a mission since its beginning and not one

issue number three is with the player charachter part of the tab and the discrepancy between the rate at wich i turn up on the battle tabs of members that are a 150 lvls or more higher than me and the rate at wich charachters that are in that same lvl gap turn up on my tab what is it that puts me on so many much higher lvled characters tabs while populating my tab wityh players that are so far above my lvl insted of getting players that are around my lvl or below

a response would be appreciated i use google chrome if that makes a huge diffrence

#1 NPC spawns are determined at random. Assassins, Archivists, Runners, Chargers, etc. are classed "Common" for a reason.

#2 Not completely sure what you mean here, but I had similar problems with finding Banes until just a couple days ago. Again, random spawning.

#3 Cloak vs Scan. Generally speaking, people of a higher rank than you will have enough scan to see past your ships cloak. Same with you finding lower ranks, your scan sees past their cloak. People tend to have enough cloak to defeat the scan of players of a similar rank. Want different ships on your tab? Tweak your scan up or down a little, it makes a big difference.
