I just completed the 'signal alignment' mission, and received the blueprints.
According to the wiki it means I can now build Co-Aligned Processors to my
ship. But its not appearing as a buildible model. I spent SOOO many tech parts
to get this, and have just enough to build two of them, but it just doesn't
appear as a module under the Devices->Build Module option.

Is this a game bug, and has anyone else had this problem?
I wondered if it might just be lag, and it will turn up soon,
but no joy.

the blueprints are an artifact that must be used before you actually can build them.....

...go to your trade window and search through your artifacts for BLUE
