Hello,
For the last 2 weeks I have been having an issue with mineral collecting - everytime I collect a large shipment of minerals the page glitches and either goes black with a constant loading bar, or gives a long code printout (included below). To resolve the issue I am forced to refresh, or click "receive artifact shipment" which sometimes returns me to the correct screen
This only happens with collecting minerals, artifacts is fine either en massé or individually, planets etc all fine.
I have tried deleting cookies/files etc as Dan suggested in his response, I have tried different windows, logging in and out of facebook, refreshing the page etc
Here is my original problem that I sent to Dan who has been helping me resolve the issue, unfortunately to no success:
"Whenever I collect resources, I get this 212 <img class="mtlock" style="display:none; position:relative; top:3px;" title="This mineral will not be sold when using the Sell All o</body> I then have to refresh the page or collect an artifact to go back to normal, then it happens again. Can you investigate? Thanks"
Its becoming extremely irritating and I have searched and couldnt find any other issues, so I assume its me.
If anyone can help I would be greatly appreciative.
Many Thanks

A: what browser and version? B: have you tried clearing your entire cache? (not just history) C: have you tried clearing your cache AND cookies? D: might be a server-side issue... though if it is, you're the only one that's mentioned seeing it so far E: do you have problems with other websites? F: how's your internet connection?

Solution one: try Google Chrome.
There is no other solution. This should work. Lol.
Reading the error message though, it's interesting that it says "this mineral will not be sold when using the Sell All". Have you padlocked any of the resources? Try removing the padlock (Or adding one).

To help clarify, when I click retrieve all minerals the only thing it shows is Dyrite and the quantity - the error is for that
I aint using Google Chrome, Ive played this game for ages and this is a new issue, so browser is NOT the cause.
Thanks for the suggestions thus far

Try locking/unlocking each of the minerals. The error appears to be part of the lock.

Ok, I have tried this Now: when I click receive shipment, I now get a blank screen with the standard loadinf bar, I have watched said loading bar for 5 minutes and it isnt resolving anything Clicking "Receive artifact shipment" resolves issue. but ONLY if I have artifacts to gather - if not - refresh needed

if you're not going to try another browser before saying it's not your browser...
....then we move on to the next possibility... run a surface scan (bad sector scan) on your harddrive...

This is to test your hard drive for damage.

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling your browser before trying another browser or scanning your disk for errors.

It could be a problem with an IE update going wrong. It's not a common problem though. No one else seems to have had it and IE is a common browser.
