Everything else on gl is running it's usual speed, but receiving artifact is being so slow and has been for the past week. It's taking about 10 seconds per click and when you have hundreds of thousands of artifact points to accept it is a major problem and time waster. |

also while hitting a base yesterday, i was getting about 10-20 hits on the base then it would jam up and take almost a minute for the next hit, getting the same thing with NPCs as well |

I'm noticing a dramatic slowdown in the whole game today. But the artifacts screen is definitely even slower than the rest of the game. I'm in the UK if it helps, Dan. |

We'll check it out. Please make sure to stack your artifacts to see if that helps the trade screen. |

I have been having problems for the last couple of weeks with things taking forever. I always put it down to a slow connection and living out in the country but if there are quite a few people having this problem then maybe its not just me. When npcing, I can click away then every so often it refuses to refresh the hitpoints and show the damage. Maybe part of the problem, I was using Ubuntu w/ Firefox. Did a fresh install of Vista Ultimate same problem then did a fresh install of 7 Ultimate again same problem. I know my ping hangs around 40-50ms mark so thats not really a problem. |

My artifacts are always stacked, Dan. The speed problem seems to be sorted now, at least it is for me. Hows it going for you guys now, Mento and Bob? |

Thanks. Note that in the next release, you'll have the option of claiming a large number of artifacts at once. |

Could the same idea possibly be done with minerals, so the tedious ""Receive Mineral Shipment" "Sell All Un-Selected" Repeat" cycle would end?

Hmmm...my ping's around the same and I don't have many problems with GL more than other sites. I've got a problematic Windows install and can't be bothered to reinstall everything so I run from Safe Mode and occasionally have problems with GL not loading or refreshing properly but it also affects other sites. |

I am also noticing a heavy slow down in getting artifacts .. this has been this way for about a week .I click the status bar comes up then hangs .. I mean its only 3-5 seconds per draw .. but still really annoying .. |
