Someone less than 50% of my rank attempted to get me because I took a planet of his. I decided to disable him for an easy red badge, but I received nothing for doing it. I've never hit him before, and he is roughly 48% of my rank, not below 40%. |

It is 40% below your rank, not 40% of your rank. For example, if you are rank 100, you can get badges from players down to rank 60, NOT 40. |
