Think someone is taking advantage of the system. Last night Instigator was at 40+ hacks. My legion laid into him and now somehow he is at -10 hacks. I know we didnt mass hack him simultaneously. So now, somehow he gets 10 free actions before i can hack him again.

If that isnt bad enough, chupacabra is even worse. He too was above 40+ hacks and now has -35. How is this possible? Not right for them to be able to hide behind some coding screen hacking people without any worry of getting hacked in return.

Please look into this Dan. We all know what shady legion they are both in.

well how it happens is the actions he did to increase have expired and those that decreased him haven't yet. This was covered when actions got added to the game and people asked the same question you are. it's sound as the game goes adn no they aren't free counter actions cause the ones decreasing them will expire and the one boosting them will have not.

Thanks Willeitner. That makes sense. Good to know it wasnt the other way around and someone found away around the limits and were still hacking these guys still either.
