Scan added by Tachyon Router does not match its description

I currently have no scanning modules equipped except for two mission tier rewards: AI Supercomputer (+5) and Tachyon Router (+25). My scanning stat reports as 26 despite having a +30 modifier. It was 6 before I earned the Tachyon Router, so it would appear that the Router is only adding 20, or the Supercomputer is no longer being counted.
