I have a question. If legion base shipments are set to % of upgrades done, and one of the people who contributed to the upgrades leaves the legion, what happens to his shipment?
Is his shipment recalculated and distributed to the remaining members, or is it just gone?

If a player leaves then his contribution is ignored when the shipment is distributed.
