My legions has locked onto bases that have 0 people in its legion BUT we are currently locked on a base that dont even have a legion name or members. Base has shields and hull, attack and defense so it has to have funds. Sanctuary, Base name () Legion name is all that comes up no legion emblem either. Has anyone else seen this? |

We haven't seen this, but according to one of our members they just clicked to lock a Base and a different one came up. Perhaps they're related? |

Well my legion and few others I asked are wondering if Phantom bases were created so when people scanned there will always be a base ready to be attacked. We hadnt disabled it yet gettin last of people on it were hoping we have no badge issues. |
