I have built 7 of them but for a time, was only getting 6000 additional research capacity (persistant, I did some NPC's in between and went back). I went through all of the planets on which I built them (counting to make sure) and when I went back to the research tab, lo and behold it was now 7000 additional capacity. |

sounds like you fixed the problem... ...also sounds somewhat similar to the reduced production till planet is re-viewed bug.... |

yea, planets have this weird thing that unless you go and LOOK and them, anything new won't show up on your production...it's quite annoying |

i usually refresh my browser after making changes to my planets so i can see them |
