 Changes to base recharge

Is it my faulty memory or has the base points recharge rate been changed from 4 hours to 12 hours?

Coupled with the base repair changing from 10% to 3%, this has a cascade effect. You end up burning more points without the hope of a recharge during an attack, and then have the possibility of being locked and taken down again before you have even got enough points back to try and defend.

This is going to make it impossible to defend your base - you may as well just use points for boosting your output and not bother with any other buffs, which only last 4 hours anyway.

To the best of my knowledge you accrue your base ability points every 24 hours. I could be wrong and a change MAY have been made, but we only use 5 points per day (for the Cyborg Datachannel) since nobody actually attacks us.

base ability points recharge at the same time as the base resource production is calculated and sliced
(so in other words, they share the same timer)

base hull repair is 4 hours

I am sure there was a period where the timings were changing (or my memory has stabilised lol) and they do seem to have settled down to something more sensible.

I thought I remembered base repair being a 24 hour timer, and base points being a 4 hour timer - but I'm probably wrong. We had a base battle very early in the piece with the Knights Who Say Ni and managed to hold out for most of it before running out of points. We had used our repair too freely, never having been really pressed to fight before, and not knowing the recharge timers even existed much less how long they took.

Maybe it's just the bad memory of the experience that's warped my perception :-)
