Post subject:  Something that should be fixed!
Looking into my Girlfriends little problem. She has been playing the game for about 4 months. She is currently rank 141 and has 2 people on her tab one rank 230, the other 270 which i think needs to be fixed! I get disabled by people 100+ ranks from me, they are within the 40%. This is not even close 130 ranks over her!!!

The 40% only limits the lower range you can see to keep you from farming low levels , they can't see her on there BT , Its up to her if she attacks them or not.

It depends on her scanning level and their cloaking level.
If she had high enough scan, and they had low enough cloak, she could get a levl 500 on there. Those two high rankers probably don't have much cloak on them.

Dan tweaked the numbers lately, increasing the top end of what shows up on your scanners, this would help explain why she saw them.
