I have noticed that for the past 2 or 3 days my NPC kills have been stuck on 49 and do not update. I have not seen a rare in over a week either.

If you mean the time is stuck at 49 ,then you need to use the in game support at the bottom of the app. page.

If you mean there level is 49 then they may be matched NPC's , are they the same level as you?

As far as finding rares gos , there RARE deal with it.

NOTE: If the NPC's are a boss fight from doing a mission they will have no timer , you must kill them.

What my post clearly stated but obviously I have to dumb it down is this:

Non-Player Kills 49

It has been like this since at least 2 days and I have at least 3 NPC kills during that time.

Calling some arrogant then saying you need to dumb it down is no way to get any help. It was only clear to you what you where asking , Though I should give you any more help , I will.
Try clearing your cookies and resting your browser if that doesn't work then you need to send an in game support at the bottom of the game app. for this.
