Probably been stated but the zolzian jammer was installed even though my ship didn't have enough room.

not a glitch, thats how its designed, ur mission reward modules wont work until u get enough space

I know... It made me mad... I had to sell some plating because I didn't want to take up the space in my cargo.

im pretty sure its the only mission that does that though, so it probably wont happen again

i think there's 1 or 2 other missions, but can't remember

the stryll transponder mission also does this

it didnt for me. i got both in artifact form, not directly installed on my ship
